BOOKING POLICY

If you book at Alchymia you can enjoy our services 24 hours a day, from Monday to Sunday.

- A credit card guarantee is required in order to confirm your booking.
- A minimum booking of 1 hour is required.
- Any bookings made from  09.00 pm will have an additional 30% after hours charge.

- Any bookings made from  11.00 pm will have an additional 50% after hours charge.

- Any bookings made from  12.00 am midnight, will be applied the 100% extra charge of the normal rate.
- Our professional team will arrive 15 minutes in advance of the requested start time of the appointment.

* * *Please ensure you are there to greet them so that there are no delays.
 
-In case the client arrives late, we may reduce treatment time to ensure next appointment is not delayed.

-A waiting time charge will be charged after 30 minutes at 50% of the quoted rate and after 60 minutes of waiting, the client will be charged full rate.

- Please note if the client arrives more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, it may be cancelled and the full rate charged, as we have other client´s reservations. 

- A surcharge of 10 euros will be added for bookings of only 1 hour which are more than 15 KM distance from Ibiza Town.
- A surcharge of 20 euros will be added for any appointments taking place on a boat.
 
CANCELATION POLICY

- Please let us know of any cancellations as soon as possible. Any bookings cancelled less than 12 hours prior will includes a 50% charge. Any cancellations less than 6 hours prior to the treatment will be charged at the full price.
- Cancellations for last minute bookings, the service will be charged the full 100% if the specialist is on her way to location or already there.
